We aim to ship all orders same or next business day. Bulk or wholesale orders may require 1–2 business days to pack. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (mainly food), we do not accept returns. If there's a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and we’ll do our best to help.

4. Personalised Items

Personalised products (e.g. custom gift boxes or  cups) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
