❌ No Returns Policy (Food Safety)

We want you to be super happy with your Pretty Blue goodies!

Because we sell food products, for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on lolly bags, pick & mix, or personalised items.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right!

❗ If your order is:

• Damaged in transit

• Missing an item

• Contains an incorrect product

Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include a clear photo and your order number. We’ll fix it up ASAP.
